Bob Firth  Co-Founder

Mr. Firth has had a distinguished 30+ year career showcased by consistent achievements in driving growth, increasing revenues and profitability, and improving efficiency and productivity.

Bob has an in-depth comprehension of what it takes to do every job at a company through continual career advancement, beginning in entry-level positions and gaining a breadth of experience in positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately progressing to multiple CEO roles at Spectrum, Atlas and Caballo Energy.
He is a visionary who sets long-term strategies that maximize profitability.

Mr. Firth has previously held operations, commercial and management positions at Panda Resources, Transok, ScissorTail Energy, Spectrum Field Services and Atlas Pipeline. He began his career with Northern Natural Gas.

He has a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Business Leadership from Upper Iowa University.

Bob currently serves as an adjunct instructor in Entrepreneurship & Leadership and formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Upper Iowa University. He also served on the board of Junior Achievement of Eastern Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association.

Glenn Powell  Co-Founder

Mr. Powell has had a successful career of 25+ years in the gas pipeline business achieving significant growth, efficiencies, and increasing bottom line profitability.

He began his career at Valero Energy Corporation in 1981. He left Valero in 1990 and joined Transok, Inc., where he led four successful acquisitions that grew the company significantly. Each acquisition was fully integrated to maximize the utilization of plants and the low pressure gathering system, ultimately creating a system flowing 1.4 Bcf/d. In 1998 he was named CEO of Transok Inc.

From 1999 to 2007, Glenn served as Chief of Staff for United States Senator James Inhofe.

Mr. Powell joined Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. in 2007, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer until June 2012

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University.

Glenn is a member of the Natural Gas and Energy Association of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association.

Wayne is experienced in successfully managing all aspects of gas gathering, compression, processing, and construction; selecting and training employees; developing and implementing O&M and Capital budgets; establishing and monitoring productivity goals; leading cross functional teams on construction projects. Wayne for 37 years has developed leadership skills through various training seminars, on the job and managing people and assets.

Wayne started as a Roustabout with Conoco and has progressed to the Executive Management Level. Wayne has had various positions with Conoco, Transok, Oneok, Enbridge, Caballo and Clear Brook.

Wayne has built numerous plants and gathering systems in Oklahoma and has operated, over time, the majority of Gathering & Processing assets in Oklahoma.
